We are delighted to announce Ayman Hegazy as the new CEO for our Egypt business.
Ayman brings over 13 years of experience from Allianz, where he served as chairman and CEO of Allianz Egypt, overseeing both life assurance and general insurance companies. Since leaving Allianz, Ayman has pursued his passion for innovation and transformation by founding and investing in two start-up ventures.
We extend a massive thank you to Mahmoud Said, who has served as Interim MD over the past three months, demonstrating incredible dedication and passion. Special thanks also go to Salma El-Boraie and the UK & Africa sales leadership team for their brilliant support.
Ayman will officially join our team in Egypt on 13 July 2025, pending Board and Regulatory approval. This appointment marks an exciting chapter for our Egyptian business as we embrace new growth strategies and relocate to a new office.
